Why Choose Me
Some of my most heartfelt childhood memories were shaped by animals. They brought moments of pure joy, deep sadness, and often a mix of both, leaving a lasting imprint on me.
That, together with my natural curiosity about how things work and my desire to improve and make a positive impact, drove me to veterinary school and later led me to pursue MS and PhD degrees.
I have worked in cattle operations, research positions in academia, and technology and research positions in industry, on diverse teams, and in independent roles. Today, I offer my time to you.

Meet Me
Paola Piantoni is a bilingual (Spanish/English) veterinarian and Ph.D. animal scientist specializing in dairy cattle nutrition, with extensive experience conducting research, leading innovation, and translating research into practical solutions for the dairy industry.
She holds a degree in Veterinary Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires, a master’s degree in Dairy Nutrigenomics from the University of Illinois, and a doctorate in Dairy Nutrition from Michigan State University.
Her career spans dairy cattle operations, industry technology deployment, and academic and industry research. She spent over a decade at one of the largest animal feed companies in the world in technical and research roles, where she lead dairy nutrition research initiatives, collaborated with academic and industry partners, and trained diverse audiences on dairy cattle nutrition and management.
